What this website collects
Nothing. That is a statement of fact about how these pages are built, and it is checkable. There is no cookie, no local storage, no session storage, no analytics or tracking script, no advertising pixel, no embedded video, no social widget, no comment system, and no form of any kind.
Every font, image, style and script is served from this domain. Nothing is fetched from a content delivery network, a font service, or any other outside host. Your browser makes no connection to anyone but us when it renders this site.
One exception, stated plainly. Our trade publication is built to work offline, and it remembers one thing: whether you have already dismissed its "add to home screen" prompt. That is a single yes-or-no value stored by your own browser, on your own device. It is not a cookie, it is never sent anywhere, and it identifies nothing about you. Clearing your browser data removes it.
We say this plainly because we sell a system built on the position that your operating record belongs to you and should not have to leave your building. A company arguing that while quietly sending its visitors to a third party for a typeface would not deserve to be believed.
What your host may still record
Serving any page requires a web server, and web servers keep access logs. Those logs may include an IP address, a timestamp, the page requested, and a browser user-agent string. That is standard operation for any site on the internet, it is not analytics, and it is not used to build a profile of you.
If you email us
The contact links on this site open your own email client. Nothing is submitted through this website. If you email us, we hold that correspondence in order to reply to it and to keep a record of our dealings with you, in the same way any business keeps its correspondence.
The website is not the product
This policy covers this website only. CADE AIS is an on-premises system: it runs inside your plant, on your hardware, and its operating data is yours. How the product handles data is governed by your written agreement with us, not by this page.
