Some of what this site describes has shipped. Some of it has not. This page says which is which.
Forward-looking statements
The roadmap on our home page lists five capabilities in sequence. CADE AIS is live. Everything below it is a statement of intent, not a commitment. The order shown is the order we currently intend to build in, and it carries no dates on purpose.
Plans change. Sequence changes. Any of the unreleased capabilities may be delayed, redesigned, merged into another, renamed, or not built at all. Nothing on this site should be relied upon as a promise that a described capability will exist, or that it will work as described when it does. Do not make a purchasing, budgeting, or operational decision on the strength of an unreleased capability.
Compliance
CADE AIS is advisory and record-keeping only. It does not certify, guarantee, or confer regulatory compliance of any kind, and it is not a safety device.
It confers no immunity. Using this software does not protect a plant from inspection, from a finding, from a citation, or from any penalty or enforcement action. It does not shift liability to us, and it does not stand as a defence on your behalf.
Compliance is not automatic, and it is not a feature. Installing the software does not make a plant compliant. Neither does using it. Compliance is a state your plant is in or is not in, determined by your procedures, your practice, your audits, and the relevant authority. It cannot be bought, and we do not sell it.
What we do is make you ready. Where we say the record maps to a standard, we mean one thing precisely: the evidence that standard asks for exists, is attributed and timestamped as it happens, and is retained for the period that standard requires. That is a statement about the shape of the record, not about the state of your plant. Naming a framework on this site is not a claim that using our software satisfies it.
Ready is necessary. Ready is not sufficient. A complete record will not save a plant that is not doing the work. It will only make what the plant did, and what it did not do, visible and provable. That is the whole of what we offer, and we would rather say so plainly than let it be assumed.
No warranty
The material on this site is provided as is, for information. We take care to be accurate and we correct errors when we find them, but we do not warrant that everything here is complete, current, or free of error. Nothing on this site is professional advice of any kind, and nothing on it creates a contract.
Figures and third-party sources
Where we cite an industry figure, on this site or in the trade publication, we name its source. Those figures belong to the bodies that published them and are reproduced for commentary. We do not warrant third-party data, and citing a source is not an endorsement by that source of us.
Patents and marks
Patent applications are pending. Nothing on this site is an assertion that any patent has been granted, nor an offer to license any intellectual property. Product names and marks referred to on this site are the property of their respective owners, and reference to them is not affiliation or endorsement.
Performance
Where we describe waste, downtime, or the value of a verified record, we are describing what the system is designed to make visible. Results depend on your plant, your presses, your inks, your substrates, and your people. No outcome is guaranteed.
